      <description>&lt;p&gt;We simulate the loading and phase structure of galactic outflows driven by supernova feedback in a tall-box domain. The simulations are run with the &lt;a href=&#34;https://github.com/quokka-astro/quokka&#34; target=&#34;_blank&#34;&gt;Quokka&lt;/a&gt; radiation-hydrodynamics code, varying the gas surface density, resolution, and metallicity.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Each animation shows three quantities: &lt;strong&gt;gas surface density&lt;/strong&gt; (Σ), &lt;strong&gt;hot-phase gas flux surface density&lt;/strong&gt; (Σ&lt;sub&gt;hot&lt;/sub&gt;, T &amp;gt; 10&lt;sup&gt;6&lt;/sup&gt; K), and &lt;strong&gt;cool-phase gas flux surface density&lt;/strong&gt; (Σ&lt;sub&gt;cool&lt;/sub&gt;, T &amp;lt; 2 · 10&lt;sup&gt;4&lt;/sup&gt; K).&lt;/p&gt;
